Shawn is an incredible resource! He went above and beyond in so many ways to help us find a turn-key house that fit our budget and our goals, while also answering tons of questions and working out a fantastic deal. We were able to do everything remotely while out of state, and with his obvious expertise, it was easy to trust his advice. He set up appointments, provided video tours, found a POA, and so much more! Can’t imagine a better realtor out there.
