Meet Hunter javier

Hunter was the first agent to join the Shawn Cleary Team and has lived in the Charleston area for more than 14 years. Having spent so much time here, he knows the local communities, neighborhoods, and market trends extremely well and enjoys helping clients find the right fit for their goals.

Since getting started in real estate, Hunter has hit the ground running, successfully helping clients navigate a variety of transactions. Many of the deals he’s worked on have come with unique challenges, but he approaches each one with determination, creativity, and a commitment to getting the job done. Whether it’s negotiating favorable terms or helping clients work through unexpected hurdles, he’s always focused on finding solutions.

When he’s not working with clients, Hunter spends much of his time training as a competitive swimmer with aspirations of competing at the Olympic level. The dedication and discipline required to pursue a goal like that carry over into everything he does, including real estate. We’re excited to have Hunter on the team and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes in the years ahead.
