Meet kylie hampton

Kylie is a Pittsburgh native turned Southerner, having made the move south in 2012. She serves as the President & Director of Growth & Development. After launching her solo real estate practice in 2014, Kylie grew Hampton Homes into a top-producing team before joining forces with Shawn Cleary in 2026 to build something even bigger and more impactful together.

Today, Kylie’s primary focus is growing and developing agents. She gets to spend her days doing what she finds the most purpose in: attracting people with genuine integrity and coaching them to build wildly successful careers in real estate.

Kylie also continues to serve her real estate clients. Her specialties include military relocation, first-time sellers, and estate sales. She loves helping sellers maximize their profit through personalized strategies built around their individual goals, while bringing a sense of calm and confidence to what can often be a stressful experience.

Outside of real estate, Kylie is a girl mom, yoga lover, novice painter, and amateur traveler. She is always working to find harmony between an ambitious career she loves and making time for her family, friends, and new experiences.
