JJ was born and raised in the Charleston area, growing up in Summerville and watching communities like Nexton and Cane Bay develop into some of the region’s most popular places to live. Having spent his entire life in the Lowcountry, he brings firsthand knowledge of the area’s neighborhoods, schools, and growth trends, which helps him guide clients with confidence.

Before starting his real estate career, JJ was a successful collegiate athlete, playing baseball at both Limestone University and Spartanburg Methodist College. Over the past year, JJ has built a strong foundation in the industry, with much of his experience focused on new construction homes. He enjoys helping clients navigate the building process, understand their options, and find the right home to fit their needs and lifestyle.

Known for his approachable personality and local expertise, JJ is passionate about helping people achieve their real estate goals while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him hunting, shark fishing, spending time at the beach, or enjoying everything the Lowcountry has to offer.
